Restaurant Supervisor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our F&B departments here at the Ben Nevis Hotel.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of what it takes to successfully run a busy restaurant and team.

Be a key team player and be confident that they can motivate, train and develop current team members.

Must have a forward thinking attitude, and knowledge of guest resolution.

Your duties will include:

* Being passionate about delivering an incredible service every service.

* Setting and maintaining standards for events and functions.

* Stocktaking and ordering

* The service and maintenance of equipment.

* Maintain health and safety standards throughout the department.

* Team training

* Work alongside the head chef and hotel managers to ensure your team have up to date knowledge of menus .

* Be an enthusiastic host greeting guests and helping provide resolutions to any guest queries.

• Fort William: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Food and Beverage: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
