Associate – Real Estate Investment & Capital Markets

This is an opportunity to join a globally established multi $bn Real Estate Investor. The business is looking for a top-tier candidate to come and support on a broad range of front-office tasks. The successful individual will support the business with new investments but also support with fundraising and market research initiatives.

The Role

This position is focused on investment into direct assets, and portfolios. By and large the firm’s strategy is counter-cyclical, and they tend to take an opportunistic approach and source value where core investors wouldn’t. They operate across asset classes and European geographies. The firm are extremely well positioned and have capital to deploy. That being said though the person in this role will also support senior team members with fundraising initiatives including presentations to investors and supporting on capital sourcing. It is a commercial position with exposure to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience working in either a bank, fund, investment manager or advisory business ideally with exposure to Real Estate transactions. They will be an accomplished financial modeller able to build structures independently. An interest in RE is essential. The candidate need not have fundraising experience, but an interest to work in a broad role is important.
