Role Overview & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a professional and talented Event Management Executive to join a small team of highly driven and engaged professionals to deliver executive level summits globally, both virtually physically. We run about 20 business executive summits a year across Asia Pacific & Europe!

Key Responsibilities & skill required:

  • Organise Business summits (virtual + physical events) from liaising with venues, speaker recruitment, content research, agenda shaping, logistics arrangements etc.
  • Running the summits onsite - virtual / physical summits - Opportunities to travel to Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok & more!
  • Clients relationship management
  • Project management - overseeing the entire project and working with colleagues from different functions to achieve the best outcome overall.
  • Skilled user of MS Office Softwares.
  • Self-motivated, result driven, quick learner.
