Role Overview & Responsibilities

Looking for a fun team, flexible work hours, and delicious baked goods?

We are hiring assistant managers for daytime and evening work who will work closely with the owners to share responsibility for ordering stock, managing the bakery, coordinating operations, making top quality coffees and ensuring smooth service to 100+ customers a day.

We are looking for...

Adaptability and teamwork - chipping in with whatever’s needed most and working effectively alongside other staff members

Performance and communication – ability to also maintain an overview of the bakery to ensure speed and quality of service

Experience - have you worked in a café, bar or bakery before? Can you manage time effectively, lead a small team of staff members, and help look after stock levels?

1+ year of prior experience preferable. Barista experience a strong bonus.

Part-time hours: 12-40 per week

Salary: From £12.00 per hour
