Balfour Winery is one of England's leading wine producers, creating award winning wines, beers and ciders which are enjoyed all over the world. Located on the beautiful Hush Heath Estate, in Staplehurst, Kent, the winery welcomes visitors all year round for tours, tastings and events.

The Role:

The English Wine category is one of the fastest growing and innovative categories in wine. We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Assistant Hospitality Manager to join our busy team at Balfour Winery in Staplehurst, Kent.

The right person will be a hardworking, creative and a charismatic industry professional.

Working alongside the Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day to day running of this operation, with accountability for the performance of the site alongside your management team. You will need previous experience in running a full dinner service to a high standard as well as dealing with a high volume of guests.

You will be expected to bring fresh, new and exciting ideas to this already highly regarded venue. You will need strong abilities to lead and drive a team alongside the Manager. A keen interest in wine is preferred with a passion for delivering a premium guest experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
