Our Bakkavor site in Highbridge, which is one of our four Desserts sites specialises in Cheesecake and Tarts, working closely with our sister site in Devizes that specialise in baked goods.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi Skilled Logistics Operative to join our team at Highbridge, working primarily within the factory environment and goods in.

The Role
The Warehouse, Logistics, Despatch and Goods In team are vital to our business. Not everything can be done by machinery and that’s where YOU come in! As our business’ key selling point is handcrafted products it is essential that we have hard working committed people working within our team.

• Picking orders
• Moving stock and products to keep production levels and lines stocked
• Unloading incoming stock
• Goods In duties
• Using pump trucks
• Using hand pallet trucks
• Moving products from factory to despatch

The Person
The ideal candidate will have;

• Previous experience in a fast-moving environment i.e. logistics, warehouse food production or manufacturing
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to work within a team and on your own initiative
• Good decision making and problem-solving skills
