Role Overview & Responsibilities

An exciting opportunity with hardy working strain dogs, in a pleasant (but, at certain times of the year, challenging) rural environment. Brynovation Gundogs is a highly regarded kennels, being both Assured Breeder Scheme accredited by The Kennel Club and 5 Star Licence rated by the Local Authority.

We combine an optimised balance of scientific advancement and traditional methodology in the maintenance and development of our highest quality genetics, aiming for perfection in canine health and temperament.

We have successfully placed dogs, in a variety of settings from companion to therapy, over the length and breadth of Great Britain and, recently, have expanded in to export. No experience is necessary, but the role will best suit highly motivated outdoor enthusiasts with ambition to self improve.

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic individual with a passion for the outdoors and a willingness to be incorporated in a busy and exciting rural family business. In return, we offer unrivalled practical experience and application, and career enhancement opportunity.

Activities will include:-

• Cleaning
• Feeding
• Exercising
• Training
• Grooming
• Habituating and socialising (pups)
• General maintenance & estate management
• Cytology
• Service management (mating!)
• Whelping
• Veterinary interventions
• Microchipping
• Client hospitality
• And probably more!

Relevant experience and / or Level 3 Animal Care or equivalent preferred. An open mind and sense of humour are both essential! Please apply, including a comprehensive CV.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £5.28-£10.42 per hour
