Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our Client is looking for an experienced Regional Head Chef to support the Head Chefs in their fabulous Care Homes in Carlisle, Keswick & Kendal.
This Job will allow you evenings off and will require working 1 day per week in each of the 3 Homes to cover leave and sickness and to support the resident Head Chefs achieve 5*H&S ratings. You will also be required to deliver regular Training to ensure all Catering Staff are up to date with their development.
