Role Overview & Responsibilities

Aunty Ji’s is a Coffee and Chai house based in the up and coming Levenshulme, Manchester.

The shop offers specialist coffee, chai, South Asian street food, and also doubles as a travel shop through our partnership with our sister company "GeoTours".

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting the chef with preparing menu items

-Preparation of various teas

- Adhering to all health and safety standards

- Demonstrating efficient communication with the chef, and front of house staff

- Handle pressure and maintain a clear head in a high pressure work environment

- Taking initiative in the kitchen

- Pick up additional skills quickly if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00-£10.00 per hour
