Role Overview & Responsibilities

COMPANY DESCRIPTION, PROFILE AND SCOPE OF ROLE: Architectural Draughtsperson / Draughtsman/Woman / Technician

Our Client is well established Architectural Engineering/Manufacturing Business and a leader in their field.

This role represents an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Draughtsperson / CAD Technician, designing Mild and Stainless Steel Architectural Metalwork Systems, primarily, but not exclusively: staircases, ladders, and balustrades.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draughting primarily mild Steel and Stainless Architectural Metalwork systems
• Accurate and timely production of 2D Autocad drawings and 3D Inventor modelling

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Preferably qualified in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Design or a similar/equivalent discipline
• High level of Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD (2D Drawings)
• Production of fabrication drawings from GA drawings
• Knowledge of the relevant Building Regulations, Design Standards and Product Standards
• Experience of Inventor (3D modelling)
• Experience of Revit would be an advantage
• Knowledge/Experience of Draughting metalwork for staircases, ladders, and balustrades would be advantageous.

Details of Package:

Architectural Draughtsperson / Draughtsman/woman / CAD Technician

• Up to £35,000 PA + Bonus + Benefits / £20.00 Per Hour (Basic Paid hours are 37.5)
• Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.45 am to 5.00 pm. Friday 8.45 am to 3.45 pm
• Company performance related bonus*

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:
