TITLE: Digital Marketing Executive

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTING TO: Marketing Manager

LOCATION: AO Arena Manchester

HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 hours

• AO Arena, Manchester
• The Bridgewater Hall, Manchester
• OVO Arena Wembley
• Olympia London

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, and as an integral part of the marketing team the role is to provide marketing and design support to the department for campaigns and design briefs contributing to a world class experience for all of our customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Edit photographs suitable for print & online

· Website banners, flyers and posters for its brands

· Create business cards & other stationary items if required

· Responsible for organising the printing of all the above

· Assist the marketing team in creating content for social media, including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook

· Support the marketing team with content for various email platforms

KEY SKILLS

· Proficient in Adobe suite, especially in Photoshop, In Design and Illustrator

· Proficient in Pro Tools

· Basic Microsoft Office package

QUALIFICATIONS

· BA degree or higher in Graphic Design or similar

GENERAL INFORMATION

The requirements of the business are such that it is necessary to have a flexible approach and therefore some business-related travel to be able to work at our venues and operational sites will be required.
