Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking highly successful, experienced store manager. This is a fantastic experience for a confident and enthusiastic store manager .

You will play a key role in delivering an excellent, unforgettable experience. The ideal candidate will have an engaging enthusiasm for fragrance, a clear passion for customer service and experience in retail management.

As store manager, you will report to the Sales Manager at all times. You will face any problem with staff and customers professionally, and you will maintain and control products and staff. You will be involved in stock inventories, check stock updates with the stock manager and arrange orders. Every decision will be made according to the company policy.

Locations : London branches

Minimum requirements:

- A minimum of 2-year experience as store manager - preferably in fragrance or cosmetics

- Proven track record of sales achievement in previous roles

- High presentable: attire, behaviour and interaction with customers

- Excellent communication skills

Salary :

£ 28,000 - 30,000 per year + commissions
