Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Bar Staff to join our growing team of talented professionals. The successful candidate will have full knowledge of our beverages, and must be able to provide high quality, efficient service to customers while maintaining a positive attitude. A Bar Staff is the first impression customers get from our business so excellent customer service skills are an absolute must.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Understand and follow drinks recipes.
• Know the different types of glasses used in a bar.
• Use a cash register or till to perform transactions.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Hire, train, and supervise other staff members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £9.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Hospitality: 1 year (required)
