Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position: Human resources officer
Qualification: Any Masters
Experience: 0 to 2 years
· Assist in facilitating a supportive work environment and an engaged workforce consistent with the academy mission, core values, and culture.
· Partner with leadership in analysing, interpreting, and forecasting workforce trends for department(s) and monitor key HR metrics (vacancy and turnover rates, aging demographics, etc.).
· Interpret and assist in applying HR policies and procedures.
· Administer departmental protocols and best practices, ensuring that department rules are in compliance with ABA’s policies.
· Recommend new policies or changes to existing policies.
· Assess and anticipate operational HR-related needs.
· Operationalise HR programmes and services, (e.g. Recruitment and Retention, Reward and Recognition, Learning and Development, Employee Health, Well-being and Safety, Leave Management, etc.).
· Function as a communication liaison; identify and share departmental issues, concerns, and needs with Senior HR Leadership.
· Participate in process reviews, policy development teams, and other opportunities for campus involvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,121.52-£23,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- London, E14 9RH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
