Anytime Fitness Tamworth
Full Time - 8hour shifts
£21k-£23k Per annum (+£3k OTE)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Anytime Fitness Tamworth branch as Sales Manager.

About the Role -

The Sales manager Role is key to supporting the growth and running of the club. You will support the Club Manager, ensuring the club hit key business KPIs as well as ensuring you have provide a friendly, clean and compliant club for your members. You will ideally have previous sales experience with a warm personality and great problem solving skills with a passion for Fitness!

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Execute Sales planners to ensure KPI targets are hit
• Ensure the club is kept to a good standard at all time ensuring equipment etc is checked and compliant
• Support all day-to-day operations of the club
• Generate prospects and new member sales through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis and overcoming and prospect objectives
• Conduct club outreach to gain prospects
• Ensure all daily/monthly Health & Safety Checks are completed
• Support with all incoming member enquires delivering best in class customer service
• Create a community feel within the club ensuring it’s a place members want to be

A bit about you -

• Fitness Experience desired
• Personal interest in Fitness is a must!
• Driven by targets
• Friendly, approachable individual with a can-do attitude
• A good communicator
• Previous sales Experience
• Previous people management experience desired

Schedule -

40 hours per week - Made up of 5 8hour shifts per week

Must be available to work weekends
