Customer Service Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Saturday: 1pm to 7pm

Sunday: 1pm to 7Pm

Monday: 12pm to 8pm

Immediate availability

Responsible for:

• serving customers and processing sales transactions
• Communicating with customers
• Cleanliness and upkeep of Store standards
• Displaying stock, and replenishment
• Be able to work independently and in a team
• Have a polite and approachable manner
• Be able to deliver outstanding customer service
• Be a fast learner and able to work modern computerised equipment such as cash tills
• Be confident assertive and helpful
• Enjoy working with the public with good communicational skills
• Have plenty of Stamina
• Have an interest in the products being sold
