Role Overview & Responsibilities

Would you enjoy welcoming visitors to Amberley Museum, a unique place set in the heart of the South Downs?

We are looking for casual Visitor Services Assistants to work in our visitor reception and shop. This enjoyable role involves greeting visitors as they arrive, providing information and selling tickets through our EPOS system. You will also be responsible for selling items in the shop, answering enquiries and cashing up at the end of the day.

The successful candidate will be friendly, hard-working and reliable, with experience of working independently in a customer-facing role. We are looking for people to work different days through the week (we are open Wednesday-Sunday), 9.30am-5pm, so some flexibility in working days will be an advantage.
