Junior Data Analyst
Role Overview & Responsibilities
This role would be a minimum of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday - Office based with one day from home (Wednesday is work from home day)

We are seeking a Data Analyst Assistant that has energy, is structured and can handle detail and likes being part of a fast paced, collaborative team environment.
You'll spend your time
· Measuring data and analysing across our CRM and other transactional databases to provide Head of Data Science insights for decisioning and performance indications
· Data cleansing our CRM platform
· Producing smart lists for the Sales Team as part of the sales production pipeline
· Actively working with marketing data company to coordinate campaigns
· Liaising with the sales team and troubleshooting any CRM issues/questions and assist with continually improving the process for the team
· Undertaking general project work as and when required
· Undertake any other ad hoc tasks/admin duties as reasonably required
You should apply if
· You have at least 1 years’ experience in an analytic role
· You are smart, proactive and can deal with change and are forward thinking and able to use your own initiative
· You can bring useful insight to drive the sales team
· You have strong experience on generating insights for decision making and performance measurements
· You are a confident communicator with good written /reporting skills
· You possess experience in providing administrative support in a busy office environment and are able to prioritise tasks under time pressure
· You can demonstrate CRM/database experience
· You can handle a busy, varied workload and deal with change
· You have strong accuracy with attention to detail is essential
· You have strong excel skills with experience of pivot tables and V-Lookups as a minimum
· You may have experience with using Tableau software which is a plus
· You are highly motivated; can-do attitude with the willingness to continually update knowledge and skillset
Self-motivation and ability to understand responsibility is essential for this role. Training and support are always on hand, but we expect the successful candidate to identify tasks and have a passion for quality and execute on time.
