HR Intern - People Operations - London - 1 year FTC

We are looking for a resilient HR intern, someone who has an incredible eye for detail, truly understands the importance of confidentiality and who really enjoys organizing large sets of recurring data. The intern will be reporting into the Director of HR Operations and will be part of the wider People Operations team in London.

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial and highly professional company and their immediate focus will be to ensure that all GDPR files are properly stored and compliant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to leverage their skills into Human Resources or expand their knowledge on GDPR regulations within a growing global management consulting company.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Organise and migrate GDPR files in the internal system
  • Reconciling files and making sure they are GDPR compliant
  • Produce, organise and maintain accurate employee immigration files in our HR software, Workday.
  • Review existing documentation on file, and note where documents are missing or not up to date (against immigration compliance matrix).
  • Reconciling records, verifying documents in line with current employment laws.
  • Against each record track what action needs to be taken to ensure file is fully compliant.
  • Group records where actions are required into clear categories, in order action in the most time effective manner.
  • Manage communications with employees to request missing documentation.

Essential requirements:

  • Must have an outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to organize large sets of data and migrate them in a systematic way
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Provide a structured approach to work
  • Ability to produce accurate work and be dependable and reliable
  • High level of customer service and delivery
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office
  • Passion for HR related matters
