Role Overview & Responsibilities

In the Bradford & Leeds areas, my client is seeking an Air/Ocean/Road Import or Export Operator to join a dynamic and busy company.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing shipments with international origins
- Coordinating collections with a few chosen transport businesses
- Communicating with customers, other branches, international agents, haulers, etc.
- Providing them with top-notch customer service, handling all queries, and providing timely updates
- Handling order traces, invoices, processing pre-alerts from overseas offices & agents
- Completion of Customs entries
- Monitoring shipments until delivery
- Job costing and invoicing

Salary & Work Pattern:
- £27,000 - £35,000 – Dependant on experience
- Monday - Friday
