Nanny/PA/House Manager

My client is seeking a committed, attentive, and hard-working whizz to join the team, principally working with the CEO.

Joining a tech-led team based in central Guildford, Surrey, a £100m group of companies that include a major distributor of IT Hardware & providers of Voice over IP software.

A perfect role for someone with great attention to detail, yet equally happy to spin around their chair and turn their hand to the latest challenge that falls on their desk.

Your trustworthy “can-do, will-do, on-it” character will shine through as you become a central character to their team.

Your role will include:

Working with the CEO, your day will never be boring! You'll be running an errand one minute and the next dealing with an unhelpful supplier where we won't take no for an answer.

He will rely on you to have his back when time runs away and tasks need prioritising.

Personal Support. The CEO is a single dad with two children, a property portfolio and big businesses to manage between offices in London, Guildford, Aberdeen and Coventry. He’s always on the run!

He will expect you to be pro-actively involved in his domestic life from shopping, cleaners, looking after the dog, builders, children, choosing paint colours and everything in between!

The Guildford office has a staff of 40+ . You’ll help make sure the day goes smoothly, providing support to the office manager.

Most of the systems are automated and we have dedicated accounts staff, but as part of the admin team, we’ll expect you to muck in and keep the most important part of the business up to date.
