The Role

Working as part of the Production team the On-the-Job Trainer will be responsible for the provision of all training specific to all Production roles in both Primary, Secondary and JTM.

Such training will encompass the delivery of SOP training, on the job training (both classroom based and in the production rooms) and training in new systems or procedures, in addition to the generation of tailored training material.

Key Requirements

We are looking candidates with grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English Grade (or equivalent). Applicants must also have previous experience of production roles and a good knowledge of GMP.

Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK.

Working Pattern

This role will be based on day shift, 07.30 -15.30, Monday to Friday.
