Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a fun team who like to laugh and have fun with our residents and they are at the heart of all we do.

We are looking for a dedicated, caring and fun individual who loves people, loves working as part of a team and loves the Elderly.

We are a unique, small care home situated in North Leeds and we are rated ‘outstanding’ in care - something we are extremely proud of and want to maintain.

The right person for this job needs to have experience in care.

Working hours are 36 - 42 hours over a 7 day week working 12 hour shifts. You will be expected to be able to work alternate weekends and nights when needed.

You need to be able to work under pressure at times, use your initiative and be able to prioritise tasks. The right person needs to be dedicated, committed, reliable and love working with the elderly.
