Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with experience and knowledge in handling cats and dogs. A understanding/knowledge of their behaviours and needs within a care setting.

Preferably has a qualification in animal care or has work experience in kennels/cattery or animal shelters. Must show passion and enthusiasm for dogs and cats of all size and breeds.

Must be able to drive due to location.

Main roles will be cleaning kennels and cattery pens, feeding, walking the dogs and all general kennels and cattery husbandry to include washing up, laundry, meal preparations. Interacting and monitoring cats and dogs. Customer service.

Must be confident with animals, be able to work at a good pace in a team or alone and be happy to work outside whatever the weather.

35 hours a week.
