Role Overview & Responsibilities

AI Productions, an AI-powered content creation agency, is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our sales team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating new leads, reaching out to prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Generate new leads through research and cold calling.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain relationships and drive the sales process.
• Provide detailed reports to the sales team on lead generation and appointment setting progress.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure efficient communication and effective lead handoff.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as an appointment setter or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with prospects and build relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for sales.
