Role Overview & Responsibilities

Active is seeking experienced employed insurance (protection) advisers to join our very successful, dynamic, and energetic Chelmsford team!

We have a vibrant, fast-paced office environment and culture. We embrace digital marketing, hyper-efficient systems, and processes to drive exceptional results for our clients.

Active is an award-winning brokerage and the UK's leading specialist in making it easy for self-employed business owners to buy, refinance or invest in property. All leads are provided, along with regular training to maximise every opportunity, and to offer our clients the best holistic service.

Our clients come to us from all over the UK, therfore zoom, phone and email are a huge part of our day to day, and we rarely have clients wanting a face to face appointment.

We also have a large database of clients who require further protection advice, a huge part of this role will involve outbound calling to our existing clients for personal and business protection.

The package is a basic salary with tiered commission based on performance and for top performers there's a clear trajectory to earn 6-figures - all fully supported by our inhouse expertise and training.

Salary: £25,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
