Warehouse Operative/FLT Driver

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting for permanent full time employed Warehouse Operative/Fork Lift Truck Driver to join our depot in Totton, Southampton. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 06.30am - 17.30pm. Saturdays are worked 1 in 3 . This role is critical to the success of the depot operation and has a direct impact on both our driver's working day and night and most importantly our customer’s.

Main responsibilities:

• Unloading and loading parcels and pallets from several trailers and containers
• Assisting our drivers in loading freight on to their vehicles
• Ensure accurate movement of all packages/pallets, safely within the warehouse environment
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy depot

An ideal applicant would have experience working in a busy warehouse environment and be a good team player

Fork Lift license is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,030.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
