Role Overview & Responsibilities

888 Recruitment Solutions Ltd are delighted to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers, who are recruiting an Assitant Centre Manager for one of their busiest centres in South. (Bournemouth and New Milton)

Specialising in MOT's, Servicing, Fast Fit and more.

Retailer of the Year awards.

Over 170+ Garages in the UK.

Candidates will be expected to have the following skills to enable them to apply themselves to the role:

- Quality Customer Service. This will be a face to face role, and so Customer Service is a vital part of the job role.

- To ensure that all Sales Targets and KPI's are met.

- To increase Sales of Products offered by the company.

- Support other centres when required.

- Identify Training needs for Staff to ensure employees develop in their roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
