Role Overview & Responsibilities

Dorchester Sports Centre require lifeguards (Leisure Experience Assistants) for part-time and full-time hours.

As a Lifeguard (Leisure Experience Assistant) at Dorchester Sports Centre, you will maintain our high quality standards while working with users to ensure their needs are met whilst using the facility. This includes providing a high level of customer service whilst completing any of your duties such as life guarding, greeting customers, setting up equipment, general administration and any cleaning requirements.

Essential:
Good communication skills
NPLQ Lifeguard Qualification
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends or irregular hours.
Excellent customer service skills.

Salary: Up to £21,733 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)

The successful candidates will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Check.
