Fabricator Welder

Cordius is working with a rapidly growing, forward-thinking business, which specialises in offering design, cutting-edge engineering, and custom manufacturing solutions to the automotive, marine, aerospace, and medical industries.

Our leading client is currently recruiting for Welder Fabricators for their site in Daventry. This is a great opportunity to join a talented and ambitious team.

Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 – 17:00 (Overtime Available)
Salary: £30k - £36k – Willing to negotiate for very skilled candidates

Experience required:

• Production of vehicle fabrication and repair.
• MIG welding
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, as well as working freehand as required.

Advantageous Experience:

• TIG Welding
• Working with any of following materials - Aluminium, 4130/T45/15CDV6 steel and Stainless steel.
• Brake press, punches, hand tools and sheet metal work

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all components are accurately fabricated according to engineering drawings.
• Ensure that the conversion process's fabrication timetables are met.
• Making sure that showroom vehicles are of the highest quality.
• Keep your workspace neat and orderly.
• Excellent time management.
• Compliance with companies’ policies and all departmental H&S requirements
