Role Overview & Responsibilities

EXPERIENCED FULL-TIME HOUSEKEEPER

We are looking for a fully experienced live-out housekeeper to join a couple at their 5 bedroom home in Prestbury, Cheshire.

The ideal person will have exceptional housekeeping skills, attention to detail and take pride in their work to maintain the home to the highest of standards.

The couple are looking for someone who is professional and discreet and who is able to plan their own time to make sure that all jobs are prioritised as required.

The Housekeeper duties will include:-

• Hands on cleaning, laundry and ironing
• Bed changing
• Bathroom cleaning
• Cleaning of antiques, silverware and fine furnishings
• Running errands and occasional shopping
• Organising a daily, weekly, and monthly routine for housekeeping tasks
• Liaising with companies for various appliance maintenance/servicing.
• Provision of ad-hoc top up shopping, sourcing and ordering of household cleaning items
• Household utilities including meter reading.
• Taking dogs to the groomers and vets as required

The candidate will have experience in a similar position.

· A full driving licence in essential.

· Working times – Monday to Friday 8:30am till 5:00pm (1/2 hour lunch break)

· 28 days holiday including bank holidays

This is a live-out position to start at the beginning of May.

£35,000 pa

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00 per year
