PRODUCTION OPERATIVES

Due to a robust growth & expansion plan, we are now looking to hire Production Operatives for our Central Production Unit that is due to be launched in Kettering, NorthamptonNN141EG

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.00-£12 per hour

Timings: Mon- Fri

(Flexibility needed as sometimes it may take longer to finish the shift)

The ideal candidates will have working knowledge in similar style of manufacturing units and are required to work cohesively as part of a team, requiring excellent communication, ability to follow instructions and willingness to take part in problem solving and continuous improvement exercises. A flexible approach with an eagerness to learn and embrace new skills will form a fundamental requirement of this role. The role will also involve regular manual handling and lifting of heavy goods so experience and knowledge of receiving deliveries, picking, and packing would be advantageous.
